HOUSEKEEPER

RATE: $19/HR + SIGN ON BONUS: $250

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

LOCATION: OAKLAND CA / SAN FRANCISCO CA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior cleaning experience needed but not required willing to train the right candidate.
• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Must have ability to work weekends and holidays
• Requires good communication skills
• Good command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Must be 18 years or older
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school or equivalent
• Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

DUTIES INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust furniture and windows
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
• Clean public areas, like corridors
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
• Help guests retrieve lost items
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
• Follow hotel security guidelines
• Clean rooms up to hotel standard
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor.
