Commercial Truck – Solo and Team Drivers
Compensation:
Local Drivers – From $30/Hour – $55/Hour based on Experience
Long Haul Drivers – Based on mileage and Percentage of Load
Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicle safely within DOT regulations that govern safe driving, hours of service, and inspection of trucks.
- Read and interpret shipping labels. Familiarity with, and in some cases ability to complete the various forms utilized in freight movement such as shipping orders, city stripping manifests, freight bills, overage/damage movement reports and exception forms.
- Frequent contact with service center personnel; fast-pace and deadline oriented.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Valid Class A Commercial License
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak (English or Spanish fluently) and read maps, road signs, maintain electronic logs, etc.
- Multiple endorsements like doubles, triples, and tanker endorsements. Hazmat Preferred may be an added advantage.
- Previous truck driving experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Working Days: To be Determined by company needs
Working Shift: Shift and hours to be determined.
